Free Consultation Visit

From your initial inquiry, our Project Manager will visit you and quickly determine the feasibility of your plans. Your specific requirements will be discussed with you and advice given on the most suitable extension for your property. Where possible, we'll give you an indication of price straight away. If that estimate is within your budget, we'll prepare a full specification and fixed price quotation.

Planning

If you decide to proceed our architects can draw up draft plans. Upon your approval the plans will be submitted to the Local Authority for building regulations approval and planning permission.
