Planning

The chances are you will need no planning permission for refurbishment work, assuming the property is not listed. We will, of course, advise on this once we know what your plans are. We will discuss with you Building Control Regulations, in as far as they may affect any planned development, and also advise you on choice of materials used in order to blend most sympathetically with the existing style and structure of the building.
